Found this crawling on the wall. About the size of 1/4 rice grain. Does it eat plants ? Thanks for the help

Is this the type of bug to worry about ? Does seeing one mean there’s a possible infestation? What kills them if so? My plants are in a half finished room in my basement for now til they go outdoors. I treated the room for bugs and spread DE around the walls on the floor and put a little in the pots and have sprayed a little neem oil on the plants a couple times so far.
