Budswel Ratio-please Help!!!!

i was wonder if anyone could help me out with a ratio "i suck at math"..i got some budswel for flowering,in this book i have it says " mix 35ml (1 ounce)of budswel to 10 liters (10.5 quarts) of water..
so what would the ratio for a gallon be?!? lil less than a quarter cup?!?

I come up with 13.24ml which would be about 2.69 teaspoons per gallon.
