buds not as "frosty" as they were last week

so im approaching my first harvest. I cant tell you the strain i can say pretty sure its an indica late into flowering. i have been watching the trichs for weeks and at maybe 20% amber. i knew the time was near so i stopped nutes and gave her a flush 2 weeks ago The smell has recently started to lose its pungent fruity odor the stickyness to the buds is decreasing along with the frosted-over look. im going to harvest tonight unless i get some good feed back that says i should still wait.

I started from seed...a bag seed however this was the only seed from an ounce and grown by a professorial. apparently an error was made. The smoke was unbelievably good definitely high grade medical quality well other than the seed. And the weed goodess must of blessed me one stray seed and happens to be a girl too bad it was my first grow and well you see what i ended up with not that its bad but we all know it could of been better

Sorry but I can't tell by those pics.
Look at the caylx under the bud at it's first node

And yes, the frost dulls when the trichs go from clear to milky

the buds deff look like they are ready to chop from what i see. barely any new white pistils showing.

If it greater than 20 percent amber then I would chop it now, don't let it get overripe or the trichomes lose their potency.

well 2 out of 6 colas off and here they are....my phone has a shitty camera this is best i could do...the bottoms that were hidden from the light had barley any amber so ima let them go for a while longer....the bud on the left weighs 11 the one one the right 13....what should i expect when dried? 5 and 7 maybe?

When it drys one will weight 2 or 3 grams and the other will weight 3 or 4 grams..give or take a gram..you lose about 75 percent of the initial weight.

one area i didnt research never realized how much watter weight...about as bad as mushrooms...thats fine though it was my first grow i got 5 seedlings started going to build scrog this time

I was blessed with 1 bean from an quarter ounce of some sticky stinky bud but a few years ago. Turned out to be one of the best strains I ran in years good luck.

just a little update i tied a couple of the colas down to allow more light to hit the bottoms going to give it a few days watching the trichs

so...its been what 2 days well go figure them once frosty buds are frosty as fuck again! i tied down 3 of the other colas to alow more light to the inner parts and tell you what shes pretty green on the inside glad i didnt cut all the branches

hit that one on the head didnt ya? 3 and 4.5 after 3 days hanging could use another day but smokes just fine

when i tied down the tops there was a lot of clear and the bottoms didnt even look fully developed keep a close eye on the trichs all over and still at the 15% amber the clippings tasted a bit green gave her a wattering and when shes dew for another hopfully ill chop her up...

see what i mean my camera sucks see how dark the bud is then the other is bright as fuck so leaven her spred for a few more days get her to mature a bit more
