buds leaves growing curly and tiny

Hey there

it's my third week into flowering and this is a Afghan x Mazar female i bought online, im using 3-3-3 nuts but almost 1/4 spoon each 15 days, i realized my tap water is 7.9 ph and i think this might be the problem, but i need somebody to confirm this so i start searching how to get 6 or 7ph using some home stuff... if somebody knows how to low the ph withouth using ph down (i really dont want to use so many chemicals...) that would be awesome.. anyway, check the pics!

id say its healthy
leaves should be smaller as the plant grows
being a sativa they would appear to curl down 2
i wouldent worry 2 much when the leaves change color
then u should have concern
