Buds For Less!grow 8oz for less than a bill

The question i have is about the lighting reflectors in seemorebuds book.How did he attach the reflectors to the fixtures he is screwing down on the planks?From the looks of it he is using just standard fixtures that one would mount for a ceiling light,but in the list he is showing the simple workshop fixture.If anyone has this book and has tried the way out please let me know.TY

Don't.

Regular dirt will be hard to manage and might even be hard for your plant to root in.

Tinfoil can focus light onto the leaves in damaging ways, you should at least buy some reflective mylar as opposed to tin foil.

hell just buy some soil and mylar and save yourself some headaches.

Yes i noticed that. On pages vi, vii and vii he shows you what and how he actully did this without the shields. Early information he received in this forum made him think he would use them. And if I remember right he does add two lights to the original ones. VV
