Hello and good morning op..some grow info will help with trying to aid you.
FF
The only issue is she grew pollens but I have removed them. I feed her fish mix 0.5ml/L , bio heaven 1ml/L, bio bloom 2 ml/L, some times I give her big bud not much, bud candy 1ml/L, rhino skin 1ml/L, carbo load 1.5ml/L. If I feed with recommended I think it will be burned. 1000 watt CMH and temp around 20°

I am on day 30 after 12/12 and buds are still small and pistils are brown. First grow
They mature a lot slower if they aren't really happy. And they're a lot more picky when they're flowering. Not bad for a first grow, but I would try to figure out what they're trying to tell you so your next batch will be even better. Looking good though man. Keep it up.

Biobizz feed schedule recommends stopping using fish-mix during flowering & switch to bio grow instead, I would suggest it's too strong.
Have you tried giving her a good flush with clean / PH'd water?
try easing off on the nutes a little & certainly lay off the fish mix

What if I do 2 waterings with only bio bloom or only big bud with 0 N? Also increase night time from 12 to 13 hours?

Maybe the lst I am doing stress them? I change lst every 2-3 days to improve light penetration. I also remove leaves every day that are yellow or are in bottom or just hanging there in some shadow point

Don't to forget, I remove pollen sacks every day most of them are gone but also spend an hour everyday to detect new ones and remove them too

There is no need to do this that I'm aware of. Some people tuck leaves down but I haven't been able to find any convincing evidence that it actually helps.
