budding problem anyone help??

hi everyone new to this site got so far from little help from friends now come to a problem were i need good help from you guys.
Right ok i have just one plant as this is my first time growing, im f=growing a oineapple chunk in a bubbler system using a 400w hps bulb with a lumatek ballast i was using a 600w mh bulb with the ballast set to super lumens when in veg now im in week six of flowering and nothing seems to be growing as you can see below the buds are small for the heads in week six well i thought so lol and they have been that size for like two weeks the nutes im using are house and garden a and b ive just come bk of holiday left my friend to keep water topped up and there is loads of yell leave all over it and some curing as u may see on the heads in the pictures is this because of the heat or just the plant is failing to produce anymore someone sed it cud be root bout but she is still drinking a heck of a lot of water i really cant understand this and shouldnt there be slight thc form by now forgot to mention the pistols was late forming im not sure if this is the case (
its just slow) the buds are coverd in white hairs really confussed on this one hope some one can point me in the right direction thanks all for you help and effort !!

They do look small, but like many answers your going to get, it depends on the strain. Sometimes the buds will swell up and double in the last week(s). Don't worry about the yellowing and dieing leaves, totally normal when flowering.

you do have issues dude, that type of dying and yellowing isnt normal at all...whats your ppm? and water temps? supplementing with cal.mag at all? and if so sativas do take a bit longer to mature...although at 6 weeks i would think there should be some type of trich production.

can i just say you arent supposed to run mh in super lumen mode......................surprised you didnt fuck it

the white hair are pistils the trichomes are what look like glistening sticky bits i need magnification to see them properly, the plants look like they need flushing with water, they may be getting too much nitrogen, the bud look very leafy, but some sativas are like that. they may be od'd on nutes.

could be number of things really is your ph in check how far away is the light from tops what kind of actual food are you feeding them
temps can stop bud production how much fresh air of any is coming in are you exhausting the hot air
have you made by chance some C02 contraption that possibly hurt your girls rather then help them ???

Id say its abt 6 inches from the top i cant take the light any higher im using house and garden a and b and house and garden bud xl and top shooter maybe its to hot in there ive only got a little desk fan and the air filter that was drawing the hot air out is turned of and no no co2
