Budding a Plant?

The Winter is soon to come along to my plants once they begin about 5-8 weeks. I wanted to then move them into a Garage with dimmly lit light. What would be the causes and effects of this transplantation?

Mmh, not 100% sure what you are saying. Are you growing outdoors and wish to move them indoors? Are they flowering yet? Where are you located? We need more details before we can give you a real answer...

They are outdoors as seedlings now however when it becomes winter; I will wish to plant them inside of a indoor location with lowered amounts of proximate light. What would the condition of growing it inside of that indoor location would I then begin to see?
