Budder help!

So yeah did my spray waited put in to a pile in the middle and we have been whipping it for 30 mins now but it's not buddering up took heat off nothing put it back on nothing .?

Some things will never solidify and will remain sappy, or peanut buttery when you whip. I haven't used this method in a very long time.

How do you make it?

I purge a slab of ahatterfor 3 days and then turn it too honey comb after its done purging

So I just purged for 3 days it's not shattering shatter but I think it's done how do I turn in to honeycomb just leave in at 200f with no pressure or how do u do it
