But I'm literally two weeks from harvesting an there coming in full force, lost a big cola just over night, I don't wanna lose my whole crop to these things :( thx for all the advise you guys! I was talking to the local hydro store an they said by the time I spray from them an it affects them it'll be harvest time, he said not to spray since the buds are formed
I'm in Nor Cal, BT and Spinosad are found at any nursery if you can't find them at a hydro store. Dunno what the guy meant by don't spray when the buds are formed, that is exactly when you need to use it, doesn't hurt the buds at all. The caterpillars start dying the day after spraying after they ingest some of it. If you really can't find any form of BT go for Spinosad,

If worse comes to worse, ive drowned the mf'ers. Also, If its not to bad of an infestation, and its kinda close to harvest, Just harvest normally. I have done it, and noticed the fuckers take off on little strings while the buds hang. I have found a many strings with dead worms on them. Good Luck!

I'm in central cali and nobody anywhere has had it in the last month. you gotta get it earlier in the season because everybody else is buying it up to fight their budworm problem. I realized it is best not to wait until you have worms to buy BT. stock up on that shit from day one.

I have 3 tomato plants growing next to on both sides of my MJ plants and the caterpillars were in all parts of my garden. they were eating my broccoli, my strawberries, my jalapeno plants, my green beans and kidney bean plants. I found out that giving a foilar feed of baking soda fights off the moths so they can't lay eggs and the baking soda also kills worms if they get soaked in it.

that's damn funny!!!! GL

Laugh if you want to but I actually do have a plan. My husband and I are building a greenhouse and I am going to be growing everything with preventative measures so if I do run into a bug snafu I'll be prepared and it won't be such a disaster. And I'll take that GL because I'm going to need a lot of it! :leaf:
