Inspecting girls today. Saw what looked like mold. Checked closer bud fell apart and that big green bastard was in there like he was at a friggn buffet.
Just a caterpilar or bud worm. I have literaly spent all day checking the other girls from top to bottom and could find no other signs of any damage. Which in itself waas no easy task, over 60 girls to check.

Bud worms, spray with BT or Spinosad ASAP IMO (depending how far into flower, if your going to pull soon ECT)
Where there is one I'm betting there is a few more. They are sneaky bastards like that.

Good luck :)

Sorry, i'm catching hell today. Thats good to know. At least thats only 1 thing i got to worry bout..(for now). I checked every where and the only thing in this area is this stuff by Bonide it's for organic gardening
3in1 insecticide, fungicide, miticide. Says can be used up to day of harvest. It kills budworms n bout 50 other worms i have never heard of.. Kills aphids, white flies, mites.
Idk thats just what the bottle says.. Active ingrediant is Clarified hydrophobic extract of neem oil..
I hate to wait longer to treat them by finding something else. You think this stuff would work? Or at least to keep things in check til the calvary arrives so to speak.

They burrow and live inside the colas. That's why you have to spray in there. Even if you don't see them, if you dead material in there, the worms are there

The only sign that 1 was n there was cause there was a lil dead bud material that caught my eye. No type of webbing or anything. It was on a lower branch. All the other buds look clean and are still hard.

I found a couple of them fuckers this morning myself. Had to pull off the top part of one of my buds. (actually it just fell off).Seen him chillin in there like he owned th place. Pulled them out 1 by one and stumped their asses. So is it too late to spray my buds with something, if I'm harvesting in a couple of weeks? Dont want to lose anymore of my hard earned green to anymore of those heartless bastards.

After you kill em make sure you get all their little poop pieces out or you will have bud rot or mold where ever their shit is! I make up a little neem oil ( i would use this over bt this late in the year) or bt in a spray bottle and spray their shit out to make sure i got it all.

If things get bad, I may have to resort to nuken em but for the time being, I'm pickin and NOT grinnin. Figured out that the moths lay a single egg on the leaf and then the tiny little worm burrows into the bud. All the above info is correct in my opinion. You can pick the worm but it is obviously much better if you pick the egg. I do this wearing a magnifying head dress thingy and have been quite successful finding the individual eggs. I don't like chems and I'm sure you don't either so you may wish to give this a try. I've got six BIG plants. If you have sixty, it may not be an option
