bud rot?

My friend has a neglected plant he just left on his rooftop and looks like its got bud rot? i'm not sure though but it looks like a crapload of deficiencies. any thoughts?

it's a bagseed sativa

All the little brown leafs have to come out. check for grey or white fuzz be careful when you pull the leafs out. if you find mold it will transfer to other parts of the plant. any moldy spots will be real soft and break off easy when you tug on it. If you find some you might as well chop it. sativa root bound out of gas. If you don't find mold transplant it. How big is the pot?

Judging by the rotten leaves shooting out from the cola you have budrot my friend. Like they said cut out the infected parts and pray. I reckon it's gone though.
