Bud Rot???

Hey guys while harvesting my plants this morning i noticed one of the buds at the top of a plant had turned brownish?
Is this bud rot? Should i keep it away from my other plants? should i trim it off the normal bit of bud?

can't really tell from this info but if part of it looks dead, all brown or black , look at it closely and if its close to being done, you can trim all the rotten parts off then that should stop it from spreading. outdoors to me it is a sign of caterpillars/budworms that can do a lot of damage if they get big

yea most likely if u dig around in that bud ul find a nasty lil worm in white webby stuff

What's happened is that a caterpillar is munching through your buds. This dead matter needs to be removed as it turns moldy and spreads. I've been pulling my buds apart to look for them. U need to get them out.
