Bud rinsing.

In that particular shot there is still pistils that are still white and not receding into the bud.

I see 1 amber trichome in the second pic. No I don't think its ready to chop in 4 days. But I understand the desire to chop when you see red. Pun intended
hard to see with my pics since theyr on the blurry side but definitely much more than 1 amber trichome. I know it’s more so preference but what would be a good time to pull? (As far as the amber cloudy ratio or percentage I should say. The harvest itch is one hell of a bitch I will say that. I definitely do see how easy it would be to cut too early. If I didn’t have the knowledge I woulda cut these a week ago so I’m definitely thankful for that lol. I don’t want my sundae driver to be too couchlocky. But I want my lava cake to put me on my ass.

This was always my method and it works great. Plenty of garbage in the 2nd wash and I like 2 buckets of straight water to do the final rinse.

4 buckets total. (5 gallon buckets are perfect)

Bucket 1: 3 parts water to 1 part 3% H202.
Bucket 2: 5 gallons of water with 1 cup baking soda, 1 cup Lemon Juice
Buckets 3 and 4: water only.

Cut down plants, pull off fan leaves by hand, remove any necrotic leaves. Leave sugar leaves and anything with frosting on the plant.

Fully submerge in bucket 1 (H2O2) for 30 seconds. Submerge for a full minute if you had ANY sign of PM or bud rot. Let water drip from buds and then.....

Fully submerge in buckets 2 through 4 for 30 seconds each...lightly agitating the whole time.

Allow produce to drip dry. You can blow a fan on it if you like, just make sure it's blowing clean air.

Hang and dry per usual.

that sounds like a decent method I’ll give that a shot. It will help stop bud rot? Or just wash away any of the areas with budrot? Ihave a few buds here and there that have slight bud rot damage from catapillars
