Bud mold mildew??!?

So i got the light over it i decided to crack it open .. When i rub my finger on it there like dust/cloud comes off of it when i rub it under the light (Kinda like dust particals you see in the sun thru a window but it does it everytime i rub it lol) Can this be mildew/Mold of some kind? because i got other buds that don't do this. Also its ChemDawg i dont have pics yet either
