bud growing from fan leaf WTF

i found this to day a bud growing on a fan leaf then i was looking for more and found 1 little stem and leaf growing from another fan leaf.
anyone seen this before?
any hint to what strain it may be?
any way thought it was cool

EXTRA BUD! lol. Does it look like there is much Trich development happening on the leaf/bud? in comparison to the normal bud?
