Just wondering if a translucent bucket would be a bad idea? I was thinking that being able to see more of the roots would be interesting,or would the roots getting light be a bad thing?

Ya your right. Some guys say it doesnt affect anything and then they post sog pictures in cut open 2 litre pop bottles that are killing it. Scientifically its probably bad, but for entertainment purposes its alllllllll good.Roots+lights=NoNo

Thats a smashing idea!wrap something around em to block light something you can remove n replace easily...news paper maybe.
