Bubblelicious Budding Finally! Quick Question Please Help?

I am wondering from the time the males begin to show their "balls" how long it is till they are ready to fertilize the ladies? Also what is the best way to get a good cutting and root it for a "mother" clone plant in case I don't get any viable seeds? Considering the fact I have never done it and have a nice 7 foot plant to get it from even though it is just started flowering 3 days ago? Thanks guys!kiss-ass

dont have the answers, just wanted to comment on the 7 foot bub plant,WOW. thats cool man i just got through harvesting my bubs, but they were no where near 7' hahaha

I wait till the balls start to open, then cut off and place into paper bag, ( the kind you get a liquor bottle in ) you can store the pollen until you need it, but not close to females. Once your ready to pollenate, place the open bag over the branch you decided to pollenate and shake with your hand holding the opening closed around the branch. Carefully remove the bag to minimize pollen spread. I tie a colored ribbon around the branch so I don't misplace her. lol Good luck on your venture, hope this helps..
