Bubba Kush and Blue Widdow fem'd

Yea topped 'em both, unsure if I'm gonna lst this time or not, I kinda wanna do something diff, but lst is the way I always go, I think I'm just gonna let her grow and get some big colas instead of a bunch of little ones this go around.

They usually turn herm due to stresses in light or soil. keep the lighting regimen strict and watch the ph and you should be ok.

Yea, but fem'd seeds seem to have a higher hermi ratio, so I've been reading, or it could be that just alot of people stress their plants as well.........who know's just hoping for a few good plants

April 7th,

2 days short of 4 weeks veg.
I'm gonna start only posting pics every Friday for my weekly updates.
That way I can really see the growth in between the weeks.
So on Friday they will be 4 weeks exactly from breaking soil.

I gave them thier 1st bit of nutes today.
The Blue Widow had a little tumble today.......lol, the pot was really dry (was going to water tomorow) and the fan must have pushed
her right off the bucket she was on.
The Bubba is really low and bushy
The Widow is getting some nice branching going on

yeah they looking nice and bushy mate looking good on my bubba kush that been grown from fem seed one has produced one pollen sack and the other is male. I dont know if its the genetics or coz my plants were stressed b4 they got into my care. So when they do start flowering always keep an eye out for some male flowers. So out of my three bubbakush only one hasnt produced any male flowers i go one of each a female a hermie and a male. Im hoping that the plant that i found one pollen sack wont grow any more sacks or i might have to chop it down i cant risk pollenating all of my plants. If i do find some more it will have to go.

Thanks man, I'd just keep picking 'em off, but if you have enough to just toss it, that's what I'd do too, but I'd wait and see 1st

yeah thats what im gonna do is pick em off the only thing is when those buds start to appear it be hard to find all of them. If no more turn up i will ley it grow but if loads keep coming back will get rid of it. The worse thing u can have is the whole of ur crop pollenated take the potency out of ur buds. We will see how it goes.

I got another batch of plants vegging now so if i do decide to throw it out I will just use one of those instead.

veg'd for 35 days under 4 42 watt cfl's
gonna repot tomorow.
1st pic is B.W. on left and B.K. on the right
2nd and 3rd pic B.W. on the right and B.K. on the left.
The rest you can tell the diff. (I hope)
The B.W. has 8 colas and the B.K. has 6

A few more weeks, depends on the Orange Mass that's in the flower room. I'm 2 days away from starting 7 weeks on it.
Was going for 9 but might need more this time around. still TONS of white pistils pointing straight up.

April 16th,

1st day of week 6 in veg.
Since I switched to Mh for the last coulple of weeks in my flower room, I put these 2 in there as well.
Why waste power when you don't havet to? I like cfl better for veg cause it seems to keep the nodes so damn tight
and close together. Like I said why waste power when I don't have too....


Oh I almost forgot the reason for the update lol
I re-potted, from the 2L ice cream pails to 3-4 gal pots.
I'm still not sure what they are.

April 17th,

I've decided to put the girls into flower.
Tonight will be their 1st sleep.
Gonna keep them under a Mh for about 2 weeks.
I also took some clones.
2 Bubba Kush and 3 Blue Widow.
Let's see if I can keep all 5 this time......
