Browning leave edges. Can a lack of light cause this?

I am getting some leaves in the middle and lower branches getting a little brown on the edges and tips. Any chance that this is caused by a lack of light penetration? They are under T5's and getting pretty tall. All of the other environmental stuff seems to be in check. My pH meter is acting up but I am almost positive it's between 5.5-6.5 in hydro. The rest of the plant looks great.

This would probably make sense. I've been using Epsom successfully to supplement my RO. I thought I would wait and see if there would be any Ca issues before I switched to Cal-Mag. I've been using Botanicare Grow Plus, small amount of H2O2 peridically, RO water, and Epsom.

Think I should just switch over to the Cal-Mag?
