Brown spots and dots

Im going to assume its soil.
Going to need a translpant soon. Use this to your advantage.
You need better draining soil. It looks too wet. Or you are watering far too often.
It looks calcium deficient, and has a little sagg.
Imo.
Moving forward.
Dry the pot.
Better aeration, and drainage, when you up pot.
Dont worry about any nutrition, until after you've translpanted. The plant has grown several nodes, and is about the size of your hand, or more. Plain water until then.
IF IT ISNT SOIL.
Such as coir (which is what i use now)

Leave it alone a little

I'm going to give you a link to another thread because of your top picture you should look into brown leaf spot AKA septoria, I'm not saying it is, but be aware of your humidity ?
