brown hairs on bb at 6 weeks flowering

ok i got 2 dp blueberry in an nft tank they been in flowering now for 6 weeks and 1 of the plants already has like 60% brown hairs on the buds where as the other plant is around 20-30% brown.
the plant which has 60% was the fastest grower and showed sex a week before the other one so i guess its matured quicker.

question is should i wait the full 10 weeks or should i consider harvesting the more matue plant early to keep thc levels high?
btw ive look at the trychomes thru a 100x microscope and there about 70% cloudy and 30% amber.

they have been flowering under a 600hps cooltube but have aslo had a 250hps on them aswell for the last 3 weeks,maybe this has speeded things up?

anyway any advice would be really apprieciated and taken onboard

use the micro scope, i have my original kush and she show sex fats and hairs turn fast, im over 5weeks with her and shes mostly brown haired, my last harvest with the strain i was thinking of cutting it down 3 weeks before i did...just wait on the trichs you will ensure quality gunjah

ok heres a few pics, you can see the leaves on the plant on the right have started turning yellow too,thats the one which has matured quicker.

i grew these from seed and they did really well,depite a bit of stretching due to my old weak flouros durring veg.
there now about 6ft so ye they stretched lol
smellls nice n fruity so really lookin forward to the taste test.
id defo buy these seeds again and take clones next time

Just had to say how good those look I got a month old DP BB and hope she turns out something like that and I agree they are great seeds I'll definitly order more myself. Hi there,

Never done BB but they dont look quite ready to me... at least another 10 days I'd say. If in doubt there is no harm in snipping some of the more mature buds off. Most advise staging your harvest as the taste and effect will vary depending on maturity. So dont wait for one perfect day to chop the lot - stage it and see for yourself how the early and late harvests compare. As a rule the earlier you chop the more 'high' and the later the more 'stoned' - but this is obviously dependant on so many things like the strain.

How long did you veg them for?
Are you soil or hydro?
If soil what sized pots are you using?
How tall are they at 6 weeks flowering?

hey thanks for the advice, im gonna try that coz some of the lower buds arent as mature.

i vegged them for about 4 weeks under 4 18watt flourescent tubes then put them under 600watt hps on 12/12.
they grew like mad once i put them in for flowering,there just under 6ft now and staying that way.
they are both in a 205 nft tank in rockwool blocks.

if theres anything else you like to know just ask

You say you have a 100x scope and have 70%/30% ratio.....Sounds like you need to start flushing. Looking at the pics is tough because of the HPS yellow light. Kinda hides the true look of the plant.
