Brown dots all over leaves????

I just went to check on my babies (almost 2 ft tall) and the plant was infested with these brown spots or dots...all over...I have no idea what it is...but it doesnt look good at all!!! Help!!

check underside of leaves for bugs, they could be very tiny, you might wanna use a magnifying glass

also posting pics will get you more replies
