They love it when you're rough with them. this just means that the other branches will get more attention. If you hit the plant with a tennis racket it would be twice as big the next week. Cannabis will take a lot of punishment dude. :

I noticed that you have really bad stretch. You need to use more light and incorporate an oscillating fan into your setup. It looks like you will only get a crop of popcorn if you don't get those lights sorted out. What are you using and how far away are they?
I'm using around 90 Watts of 6500k CFLs for this plant only.
Yes I got some stretching but now I focused the lights to be on the sides of the plant so It's bushing nicely.
Plant is about 2 months and some weeks old ( more or less , not sure ).. and I'm planning on switching to 12-12 within the coming two days.

Did you try to root the branch you broke off? I'm sure your plant will be perfectly fine, maybe a little shock for a day or 2 but its by no means a big deal. People top and prune for yeild branches all the time. you just had a bit of an excessive case. lol
Yes, broken branch got dipped in rooting powder and planted, thanks for the feedback.

you can put a cast on it, tape a stick or something to both sides. it might come back but i would prune it off.

mmm the leafs really are super saggy i use to use weak flu lights and all i got was a thin streak of piss of a plant lol then i bought a 600w hps and now you would never recognise it the plant, stem trippled in width and plant bushed out majorly

I once broke a branch on one of my ladies. I grabbed a band aide and taped it back into place, about a week later she was good as new, no shit.
