Find a small potpourri burner kit with a package of potpourri in it. Put seeds (hopefully in small zip bags) in the potpourri and repackage. Then repack for shipping and send to yourself.

If there's one country on the planet I would not want to get caught bringing in a foreign species it would be Australia. The country has been devastated by invasive species. Mail them lol. You can always deny you know what they are. "Some random sent them, I posted my address online for gifts"

If they are on your person you're going to get fined huge.

I’d ship them. With a Random return address. Multiple small boxes and stash them inside something. Maybe a toy that has small parts. A model that needs building. At least one has gotta make it through. Send them off a few days apart.

Considering both countries find it illigal answer is no. Now if you plan to smuggle just a wet towel will make it look like a block in the scaners
