I'm new & I'm looking for constructive criticism...Here are sum pics of my grow area, anybody see anything that I need to change or can improve??

I also posted sum pics of this damn plant that I can't get to flower, it just wants to produce 9 & 11 finger leaves all over the damn place!! Any suggestions??
