i tried using the LRS-50-24 driver for a 50w build, and it just made my lights blink on and off... I think i was overvolting them maybe?
You just need to tweek the voltage down a tad. The LRS supplies have a hard current limit that crowbars the voltage completely off when it hits. Adjust it upwards until it blinks off then back it down a bit and let the temp stabilize, if it starts to blink as it warms up, back it down a tiny bit more.

So I ran into some issues with my order and things have been delayed an extra week, but that kinda works out because I have been pretty busy with work and haven't had much time to calculate for my drivers. I am thinking of using the HLG-150H-42A that was mentioned by random blame, but i am just trying to figure out how many 1 foot lights I can run per driver since I will have 150 lights coming in to use now.
Instead of dividing voltage, I need to divide current right? So if this can put out 42000ma, I should be able to wire in 60 of these lights running at 700ma? Or is my math off somewhere?
Yepp! With a 42v driver and 19,5v strips it would be two in series. A HLG-150H-42A should have ~3,6A(usually a bit more). If you want to run the strips at nom. current(350mA) 10 or 11 pairs in parallel fits perfect!(330-360mA per strip).
A cooler light mix would be good for veg, a more warm looking light is better for the bloom circle. Above 4000°k for veg, below for bloom for instance.

are you using Gen 1 or Gen 2 strips?
