Breeding Spread Sheet?? Looking for seed making clarification.

As title says. Im looking for a little insight into the general rules of seed making. I have seen a spread sheet once upon a time that had the details of Herman breeding, femming, and stabilizing traits through the generations and such. I did a quick search on the engine and didn't find what I was looking for.

sub has pretty much admitted to using dj shorts breeding notes..
