I enjoy having Oats (Jungle Oats Original) mixed with a whey protein (1 scoop) that I soak overnight in Almond or Soya Milk (The No sugar added variety.) Once the Oats are cooked adding a banana (50g), half a handful of almonds (raw or roasted), Coconut flakes and Goji berries (the dried variety) is a must.The additives mentioned takes the Oats to a new level and the blandness of the Oats is counteracted by the protein powers sweet taste.
