bottom yelllow drooping leaves

I have a 3 week old unknown strain that I'm growing with 70% Miracle Grow Potting Soil and 30% Perlite. I am using "2" 27watt = 100watt daylight spectrum "5500k" cfl's kept 2 inches above the plants since sprout. I water every 3 days and have not used nutes yet. My plant is growing slower then previous grows and now the bottom leaves are drooping and turning yellow. There are 5 nodes. Here are two pictures.

new growth looks really good. id say just do what your doing for about 2 more weeks then start feeding themsum nutes at 1/4 the strength on the package...

t want the whole plant to look like that.. thats normal....as soon as you start feeding them sum nitregon the yellowing will be no more
