Botanicare vs general hydroponics calmag+ witch 1 2 use?

Yup very happy with Botanicare, never need to use it at full streinght. Recommend it all the time. Never used the other so can't comment.

Botanicare generally makes the best quality commercial Cal Mag supplement imo. Advanced Nutrients Sensi Cal Mag is good also

yeah i use the botanicare also but i was at the hobby shop and saw the GH brand that is organic and made of fermented sugers and it has no N in it i got kinda excited but dont want to screw up a good thing

I use GH line with Diamond diamond nectar they also have their own line of cal/mag now.I then follow up with chachin i love the results im getting with it. I tryed Cutting Edge for a long time cost alot more and does less. GH is FTW they have a complete organic line that i havent tryed yet but looking forward to it

upon further research i decided to go back and get the GH calmg+ that is from their organic line it has 10% fermented molasses and 2.5%sugercane and no N so i will see how it works

Depending on what main nutes you're using you shouldn't really need Cal/mag and it may do harm. If you're using GH stuff then don't use it. GH stuff has cal/mag and plenty of sulfur so using any additional will cause more harm than good.

im using canna and it definetly needs it

i've used the botanicare cal mag but ph issues prevented me from giving the product a fair grade. i did notice that the calcium to magnesium ratio is 3:1 and that really doesn't seem like a good balance. too much calcium can actually lock out magnesium, but again, i really didn't get a good chance to see how it worked.
