This is a touchy subject but those in Boston who knew people who knew the Tsarnaevs apparently accept this to be true. So I guess Dzhokhar (the younger one) moved pounds of weed through UMASS Dartmouth. Dzhokhar allegedly had connects through Hitman and his brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev found out about them and was very pissed off about what his little brother was doing. Two known Hitman associates were found dead with their bodies brutalized and marijuana sprinkled over them. The murder is still unsolved but Tamerlan would be the main suspect if he were alive today.
