@thebonzaseedbank I got the email telling me my seeds were shipped but I didn't get a tracking number. Is this the standard practice?

Bonza have been great, 2 successful orders over the last few months to WA, also packed em in breeders pack like I requested and beans were very fresh and healthy.

I've only tried to buy seeds once lol. A few years ago I bought through Attitude, 2 weeks later a tin of mints came to my house with a nice letter from the postal police letting me know there was contraband in my package and was removed. The mints also sucked :(

A couple years ago my friend and I went to tour Europe a bit.. started and ended in Amsterdam... I planned on buying some seeds and mailing them back but I never got around to it. The last day I ended up at Sensei Seeds and bought a few packs of seeds as well as some shirts and ash trays etc. While packing to go home my luggage was crazy full so I made him pack my shirts and ash trays while the seeds were in my bags. 8 hours later in Detroit my bags and seeds arrived just fine while his were hung up in customs til the morning LOL.

I ordered from Bonza on 12/20/13 and my order still says it is shipping and I have not received a tracking number yet...Sent a support request on their site on the 24th but still no reply...guess the holidays are slowing things down...

I wouldn't worry too much, It's more then likely already been sent and there system hasn't updated yet. Still they need to get the issue sorted as far as getting tracking numbers to people. I never had a problem but it's know starting to be a common thing in this thread. 6 day's to reply to an email is long enough and it's a sure fire way to lose business by not replying.

Sorry bonza but people are reading this thread and it's starting to get very negative. This thread is on the first page of Google in oz when searching for your site and looking for reviews so you may want to take this seriously.

IDK It's making me want to order elsewhere.......

I was gonna place a second order but I may just take that business elsewhere depending how this tracking situation goes. They were slow to ship my order even though all 5 beans were listed in stock and they are apparently slow on giving out tracking numbers. Not impressed as a first time customer and I won't get started on their internal email system that they seem slow to respond to as well.

I placed my order on the 18th of December and they state that my order was shipped on the 21st. Hopefully they arrive with no green tape.

So now I get an email detailing how they are backlogged at the warehouse and when they find my tracking number they will get it to me. Seriously that's some horse shit the order already shipped. How could they have missplaced the tracking number the same day they shipped my order? Ordering from Herbies for my next go round.

Holy shit! So Bonza updates my order status page and what do ya know the tracking number is now there, but my beans shipped early last week. On top of that Royal Mail is stating it just got shipped today, oh that explains it. Yeah I can't do business like this. All bullshit aside is this normal practice for seed banks? I really want to shop with Herbies but I'll be pissed if I get the same round-about bullshit and end up paying more for it to boot.

I got my tracking number and it say "has arrived at certain airport and is being processed for delivery"......Does that meen no customs yet or all ready through?

Like I said guy's they will send your beans, No need to worry about that. There not in the business of taking peoples money, I'm just saying they need to get
people there tracking numbers and answer emails in a reasonable time frame.

So if there back logged fair enough it's that time of year so hopefully they catch up on all the orders.
