not happy with these guys, they have listed sincity sinmint cookies, so i email them & ask if they have the sinmint cookies in original sealed breeders packs, they answer yes we have them in original sealed breeders packs, then ive asked them to please provide a few pics of the packs front & back, ive receive reply stating 'ooops sorry we only have a few loose seeds of sin mint cookies'...bullshit by the truckload!...wish they would lose that kangaroo logo too as its a disgrace to aussies for being associated with a dodgy pommy seedbank

absolutely no prob man, i know you were trying to help, unfortunately theres banks out there that are not 100%, even older banks that were once very good & then changed into scam banks, most recent one being cannazon.com, many folks here on RIU have used that bank for years, but the last 6mths nobody has got their beans they have paid for, including me, thats the good thing about RIU, you will get the real news of a situation if you search, but of course theres some crazies here too, gotta sort through the info carefully

I'm struggling to see why you're having a hard time understanding this. This seems to me to be quite a simple miscommunication. We are a pick & mix seedbank and we do not hold stock, generally, in breeder packs. Whilst we did have some single unit stock of this product the agent seems to have misunderstood the question and later corrected it after realising the mistake. Why does that make us dodgy? An oddly aggressive and seemingly random conclusion.

Ever heard the phrase mountains out of molehills? this constant moaning is a disgrace to aussies, man, Bonza are a decent site and that is too rare for you to put everyone off with this - have you ever actually made an order with them?

If I may....I'm the one who initially refered greencropper to you as on another thread a couple guys were talking about SinMint seeds and not finding any. I searched multiple seedbanks, with you listing as having in stock. At the same time, various comments were posted about seedbanks listing strains in stock only to tell customers after payment that they were out of stock. No banks were mentioned by name, just a prevailing climate of it happening.

Now before I posted about you having SinMints on the thread, I went so far as to add the order to my cart to verify stock. All purchase options displayed and from my perspective you had the goods. Deleted my cart, posted you had SinMints, and called it a day.

Now greencropper did the smart thing and actually emailed you prior to purchase for verification, and was given inaccurate information which was then corrected to reflect your actual stock.

Now from your perspective, you made an error and corrected it, no foul. But from greencroppers perspective it just verified what everyone had been talking about seedbanks doing bait and switch and it looked shaddy. If I had clicked buy when I originally loaded my cart I'd be the one complaining that I purchased an order only for you to then tell me to pick another strain...after you had my money. See the issue?

Did greencropper go off the deep end? Maybe, perhaps. But there is an undercurrent of threads mentioning this problem and that was the mood that lead up to this. Insofar as to original breeders packs, you do mention on your site that you would ship if requested. If you generally only hold loose stock, why offer shipping in breeders pks? That was his original inquiry.

While no business is perfect, it is frustrating to place an order that is listed in stock only to not get what you're paying for. Hard to understand if a bank lists stock on website why actual stock differs from this.

So....I have no axe to grind here. I've never ordered from you so I have no experience to base an opinion of your company. Likewise, I only know greencropper from RIU and have no vested interest. This whole post is from my perspective from outside knowing a little of the background to the story.

Now that is some shady shit! The old bait and switch routine huh? Reminds me of that t.v. show bait car.

I wouldn't go as far as claiming bait and switch, although I could pull up some threads of shady banks that have done so. No, I think it's more of seedbanks not staying on top of their websites. They'll list a number of pks of a strain, then something will happen like a pk taken off shelf, nobody adjusts stock on website, somebody clicks buy and all of a sudden the customer has money taken from his account but can't get what he ordered. It's worse when something like a discontinued or rare strain is ordered with no hope of ever getting it.

Does this happen to all companies? Yes. But they'll let you know it's "backordered" and usually you do eventually get what you paid for. But unfortunately with seedbanks, backordered usually means never.

It does happen to legit seedbanks, I placed an order with NGR a few weeks ago and was told after payment they were out of stock. I switched gears and got another strain. Not the biggest crisis in my life, but then I wasn't ordering something rare or discontinued. A little more attention on the part of seedbanks would be prudent, but again shit happens. We have product to partake in to ease the anguish.

there is no simple misunderstanding in communication, there is pure misleading info offered directly, then when asked to provide proof of life of said existing strains in stock in sealed breeders packs the story changes to sorry... only loose single seeds, this exact same situation has happened twice in 5mths bonza, hope you guys decide in the future to treat your customers with respect then reap the rewards, i will answer no more questions or statements on this thread, its done
