Place a order here 3 days ago and i paid for it then bang up a new charge of handling i mean shipping yeah ok but this handling charge was in the transaction after it was complete.

Tried to contact them and the customer service is bullshit

I’d suspect probably because you live in Australia.

What does Australia have to do with it they charged $20.76 for shipping.

Since when does a seed bank charge handling fees.

I put up with the bullshit charges etc this is just a money racket !!!!!.

The additional handling fee is the least of your worries. Bonza is one of the least reputable seedbanks around.
Try to get a refund, if they won't do it, call your credit card company and have them stop payment.

You had a bad experience have you.

I have never had a problem with them in getting the goods.

But had a few shit seeds tho white ones.

Yep, this!! Bonza is a POS and shouldn't be trusted!

I agree. I've used them many times, I don't use them much anymore only because I've found better but I never got hit with extra charges or anything shady, is it some type of additional fee to ship to Australia ?

Sorry you're having this issue. Let us know how it works out because a lot of us use them.. also next time consider ilgm, their customer service is easy to reach and you can get answers before you buy

This is the bullshit i got back from them about a $52.20 charge on top of my order classed as a handling charged but told me it's what the card company charges as a payment fee process.

Sorry for the inconvenienvce.

Our payment processor takes a fee (7.5%) for card payments. Unfortunately, we cannot affect on it and we do not benefit from this fee.

Also my order has not arrived it's been 22 days and bonza has gone bad by the look of it like a member said these can not be trusted.

Looks like if i don't get it by end of week i will be doing a credit card charge back from the bank say i got 30 days thank god for this i been rip before $550 no way these will rip me several hundred bucks.

If anyone has the arse wipes phone number would be good only one i got is had to add 0011 44 then drop the 0 and dial the rest 0800 011 9496 can not get a hold of them in the ticket message either refusing to reply.

When you do contact your bank, don't tell them what you ordered, just that your order never arrived after a months time. If you have to reference the company's name, only call them Bonza, do not say the words "seed bank" under any conditions. Good luck.

Ok a update mate i know it has been a while and a lot of stuffing around with the bank to.

I did a charge back and got my money back i am lucky i will never buy from bonza again and like a member said the cunts can not be trusted.

Once they have that money they don't give a shit about you or your goods and bullshit charges to on top like a $53 handling fee.

If anyone tries a charge back make sure it is within 30 days of you purchase after that time is up your on your own.



I went to the ATTITUDE and got them so i am happy now and good prices to you have to do a wire transfer tho and they have fixed it up now so you pay in euro no gbp so that issue is sorted out.

And the Attitude are good at responding to messages to very simple and easy system to use and give you tracking to not like bonza scum.

I’ll check Attitude out next. I had good experiences so far with MidweekSong, TrueNorthSeedBank, and SeedSupreme.

Attitude is the only one i will ever buy from i don't trust anyone else no more i been ripped in the past quite a bit of money.

I have been having really good luck with Seedsman... There are just a few strains I can't find there that Attitude has. I used to order from Attitude and had really good luck with them, but that was 7 or 8 years ago.

I’ve used bonza at least 8 times, I’ve only had 1 seed not pop! All the strains I got where very good , got some great white sharks in the oven now.
