Fresh adventures with cobs and some scroggin' in a humble cab about 48x17".

Some beans popped mid Feb. and got the camera rolling early this month.

Familiar with organic growing, but had an itch for hydro for long time. Popping the cherry with hempy buckets/cups.

Got some things rearranged under recent built screen. Both bucket and cup soiless to hempy xplants showing new growth. Also 2 native hempy doing well from paper towel germ to perlite/verm.

Use smart pots !! give them roots some air !!

hey Dave! Yep, using the smart pots and organic mix, just water and one tea so far.

The red bucket contains one of the organic rootball veg'd about 3 wks converted to hempy experiment. 4:1 perite/verm surrounds the intact rootball with perlite res. Watering only so far. Dynagro nutes on standby.

6 day post top. ro, 200ppm sea 90, 180-200ppm grow every 2nd day.



and some canopy love at 1 wk flwr.

d14 bloom
hempy/convert is doing well only feed at ~200 ppm since the organic core I imagine is still providing nutrition. noticeable growth increase over soiless counterpart. Also show preflower day 1-2 sooner, Although lady on back wall has been behind since seed, although steady.

only ever clone in water works my small needs.



got curious to try bubbles with couple drops bloom <100ppm. since i gave last tea to 2 soiless ladies air pump was available.



see some nubs, all is good.

Maybe half way thru bloom. Coming from 250w hps from back when, cfl, t5, pc cases and other small spaces. Been a joy Diy'ing and essentially learn a lighting sub language. Anywho until I fill some jars..

Some stem and bud progression.

crtical x nl 1gal soiless organic to 4:1 perlite:verm hempy. Only need half stength nutes at most. Like it feeds from the res and rootball. Watering along side since xplant intentionally leaving rootball dry atop.

been staggering in 2L coco hempys with much love. Roots in coco are eye opening coming from typical peat based organic mixes.





most colorful thing I've ever dealt with. uk cheese x lavender for w/e reason called hawaiian afghan.

The maths not too important as its all personal med. 127g dry in 24"x 17" comes in ~44g per sq ft. screen with room for more nugs.
