Looks like it still has 10-15+ days, could change color if temps are cold enough and you let it flower long enough.

Nope. The color comes from genetics, cooler temps, and waiting until they are fully mature. That bud looks like it has a couple weeks left to me.
Genetics eh? Well I was thinking that. But at 10 weeks everything still looks all green. They say its supposed to harvest ready in 10 weeks. I am on 11 now. If I dont see anything by 12 weeks I am just gonna harvest blue color or not.

Not all plants will turn color, even if they have it in their genetics. Different phenotypes display different traits. Cooler temps at night during flowering will bring out purples and blues in strains that have that trait.

I am not too familiar with autos. Do they mean 12 weeks from when the plant begins to flower or 12 weeks from when it sprouts?

Most Purp/Blue strains don't show the blue/purple colors until late into flowering.
Others can start with purple calyx, but it's rare.

Usually Autoflower are measured from germ. to harvest.
Some Auto.s take longer to start flowering, I'm sure that's why its measured that way.
