Blue spectrum shock

Does anyone else find that for five minutes after leaving the flowering room and get back to normality the blue spectrum really hits you.

yeah ,many people reccomend wearing sunglasses when working around your plants with the lights on ........you might look like a tosser lol but your eyes are well worth protecting .

^^sure, and sunglasses are a must if you had for the grow, i was almost like blind after i once been in there without my shades, almost broke me my foot by stumbling over stuff camouflaging the place
