So I saw today that Blue Ryder #4 showed his balls. Then I transplanted BR#5&6 into a mixture of Ocean Forest and Light Warrior. I noticed there was slight nute burn on the tips of these two plants, probably cause they were in small solo cups. The leaves on the plants are looking a little droopy so I misted them and I leave them alone for a little while untill they perk back up.
It's so hard not to check on them every 1/2 hour to take a peek.:weed:
Here's a couple pics

I found some more balls on the middle plant in the last pic I have posted. The center left has showed its first set of pistils. The back two seem like they have balls on them too, but Im not sure. Im going to wait it out just to make sure they are male.

Pic update later on today.

Snagged a MH/HPS air cooled hood combo off of eBay for 100 bucks. I'll include pics of it in a few hours along with an update.

Just wanted to pop in; I'm running 400w MH and HPS off of a switchable digital ballast; I run a 6" can fan and rate matched can filter through a 6" cool tube, all inside a 4'x4'x6.5' Secret Jardin DRII 120 Pro. My fan is pleasantly oversized. Your 4" will be perfect.

i would pollinate 1/2 that crop.... Just sayin...
I dont think Im going to pollinate the females, the way it looks right now I only have 1 female out of 2. I dont want to mess with regular seeds anymore I learned that a long time ago but just had these laying around.

Thanks for dropping by, I assumed by looking around here that it would work just fine.:-)
I'll have to check out your grow.

I just took a closer look at the two Blue Ryders and they were indeed males... Damn. Those were all of the biggest BR's I had. I ran out of soil filling up the 3 gal grow bags and wasnt able to pick up any. So I left the two small ones I have now in solo cups which stunted growth a lot. So far I have 1 female out of 2 Blue Ryders left.:-|

Anyways heres some pics

Two days ago I soaked 4 Dutch Passion Blueberry Fem seeds in distilled water for 12 hours. I then put them in a moist paper towel, into a sandwich baggie and set on top of my reflector. Today all 4 seeds have cracked and started to show their taproots. I think I'll leave the seeds germing for another day at max to lenghten the taproot some more. It seems when I grow it out to 1/4-1/2" they usually break soil in 1 day. Hopefully I will find a strong pheno that I'll keep for my perpetual grow.

Sorry I havent posted pics of the new light, but I'll try to put some up soon.

The second Blue Ryder has showed its pistils today, these will be the final two that go into flowering. I let the taproots of the Blueberrys grow out to almost an inch and just planted them 5 minutes ago, we'll see how long those take to sprout. I'll be posting pictures up later today.

The two female Blue Ryders have been showing some good progress since the transplant and I'm starting to see a couple sets of pistils starting to grow on both plants. The Sour Cream and Big Bang are looking good also but seem a little yellow in the leaves, it may be time to start introducing some nutes in about a week or so.

I set up the 4 Dutch Passion Blueberrys in my 3 gal grow bags and am still waiting to see some sproutage.

Here's pics, including the new light I got. Everything in the first pic I got for $100 off of eBay. Let me know how everything is looking.:bigjoint:

The air cooled setup had been installed and the temps are starting to lower down into the 70s which is really helping out a lot with the new growth. Both Blue Ryders are developing new pistils which I will show in the pics. The Sour Cream is now 13 days old and the Big Bang is at 14 days.

I want some advice on what those white spots on the leaves of the Big Bang are???

The 4 Dutch Passion Blueberrys are 1 1/2 days old. The last pic will show the relative size of all 4 seedlings.
