so true man! i more or less killed my last plant with just consatnt worrying and playing around plus i was trying to grow a plant with two 20 watt cfls pahaha! it pretty much killed itself trying to flower with such little light :(

If my calculations are correct, your girls are around 3 weeks old....if so, start adding nutes at your next feeding time...i would only start out at half strength or even less if u want to...less is always better when it comes to feeding cannabis with nutrients...YOU know ur plants better than anyone else...so feed them , and then check to see how ur plants re-act to it, and adjust ur nutrient mix accordingly...hope this helps...ganja

yeah they are! im only using flowering nutes so i tink ill just start using them when i have definate "flowers"
however it kinda looks like the bigger plant has developed some balls! this sucks!!!
they are supposed to be feminised so could be hermies down to the heat stress, ive had a look on some threads and am going to wait it out. I suppose they could be early calyxes..?

could be balls or early calyxes like u said...all u can do is what u said, wait it out til u know for sure

well it looks like it could be a hermie, there are a number of bud formations where im pretty sure i can see some pistols however the balls have kinda formed groups and looks like the "bunch of grapes" they are so often described as. They still havent opened up so canttell for sure but in my haste i cut one off to have a look diddnt really help me but when cut in half i diddnt really see anything either anyway ill get some pics up, tell me wha you think :/

GUYS! this a fuckin' crisis maan my best girl seems to be part man (dont you hate it when that happens). Ive fed her flowreing nutes either way but well im kinda just preventing the inevitable. i am going to have to get rid of her/ him. however i dont think chopping is neccissary because its coming up to the summer month and its an autoflower so will flower in water light schedule im considering planting her in my nearby green land got a nice spot i think i could put her. Aaanyways i realy could do with some advise on the pics!?? and my other plant has just spouted her first pistols with the help of some 1/4 strength flowering nutes. :)
ps. ive began germinating 2 new seeds to compensate the balls my lovely lady has developed ill update sooon

soo havent had any pics up in a lil while so here she is. i took the hermie out and shes living in my bedroom :L
I started feeding her like 1/4 strength of my canna terra flores and i she is defo a female! :D

Im not so sure how old she is but maybe about 4-5 weeks, ive been feeding her 1/4 strength nutes and plan on stepping up to 1/2 on my next feed. SOMBODY PLEASE FUCKNG COMMENT!! is the big'en to farfrom the light could explain the stretch of middle of the stem all leaves and budsites are up top ive now raised that plant so that the light is a few inches away..? if i dont get a reply i will have to wait till tomorrow to tell.

ill comment homey...yeah, i def think that u had it to far and thats where the little bit of stretch came from...its not that bad or the end of the world...ur prob can be fixed by raising the plant or lowering the light, which u have already done...place ur hand at the top of ur tallest plant and lower light so that ur hand can still be held under the light without being uncomfortably warm..did that make sense??...so no worries...everything looks good bro...doing a helluva job...keep it up...peace...ganja

FUCK SAKE MAN!! i really wish i had read this comment before i raised it up, i really wish i had read your comment sooner!! i raised the plant waay t close and it sizzled the top of my plant a treat. the nice, most formed bud on top was burnt to a crisp... a few leafes have died too. Ive cut the dead stuff off including the top bud site.. please tell me this to was a good decision, it really was burnt has hell i cant see new groth happening from that site..well anyway thanks for the comment i think im going toi go drown my sorows with a Fathead!!

ok...just readjust ur light using the method i said...yes, i would have cut the burnt shit of too...but its still not the end of the world...situate light, get new growth starting again, and u will be back...minus a couple grams, but back on track none the less...wish i posted sooner...good luck bro...ganja

thanks man, what i did was just stupid! i knew that it was to close but i wasnt thinking straight.. i think i may hae been high. but ive cut most of the burnt stuff off, so am i right o cut any leaf with damage away so that theplant stimulates enzymes to produce new growt rather than using energy to repair its damage?...
i really appreciate your help man ive raised the plant to 9 inches away i know it can stretch to 6 inches but my fan has just broken so i need another one plus thought it would be better considering..
i sprayd her before i went to bed and she seems to have bonced back a little im sure she'll be looking fine after her next feed. should i continue raising the concenration gradually therefore go from 1/4 to 1/2 and then to full or just go all out to full?
ill post some pics of he damage soon.

that stretch was normal, plants do that at the beginning of flowering.

nice looking plant too, bit small to go into flowering, looks like it could have used stronger light in veg or longer veg time. but very healthy looking.

whats up sw??about the nute situation....i always start out a 1/4 strength...and rarely ever use my nutrients at full strength...just keep and eye on the tips of ur fan leaves...if they start to get brown, and crispy, then u know ur burning them, so back off....and if there is not any burn, u can gradually continue to raise ur strength....just be careful and dont make huge leaps....and with nutes...9 times outta 10, less is better...

and about cutting the leaves...if they are that burnt, theres no saving them anyway, so i personally would take em off...if there still green leave them...crispy and brown...take em off.....ganja
