Blue Dream 55 days flowering, buds didn't fatten up

I just finished up my first hyrdo grow about a month ago. Blue Dream (Garden of Green) was one of the 2 plants I grew. I ended up chopping mine after a little over 12 weeks, but not necessarily because it was finished. Last week or so the wheels just started falling off and I was just kinda over it by that point. Otherwise, I probably would have left it go 14. Still got a good 13 ounces from her, but that last week or 2 probably would have left me with some denser buds. Either way, here was my BD girl at day 56 after flip:

I've grown Blue Dream couple times and chopping the smaller lower buds helped big time in sending that growth energy to the top buds. Seedsman has some nice Blue Dream, try some of theirs.

Thanks all for replies. I understand that she needs at least 4-5 weeks to fully ripen. btw, cutting smaller lower buds or defoliation on this stage doesn't hurt the yield? Also, I'm using 250 HPS for 80x80 cm tent. If i switch to 400W lamp, does it make a difference?

HPS works great however I believe that they lose spectrum as the bulb ages- I think around a year -18 months or so-
I am loving my viparspectra led fixtures-
I have a couple other brands and i like the vipar xs and ks fixtures best

Pretty not bad. It's a nice stoney/heady buzz, but not a particularly heavy hitter. I'm just not a big BD fan. I went into hydro assuming I'd fail miserably, so I didn't wanna waste seeds of strains I actually liked. If I'd known I would end up with 21 ounces from only 2 plants under a 480w QB, I would have chosen my seeds much differently. Live and learn.

I pulled a pound out of that 5x5 with the same light once before with soil, but it took 5 or 6 plants to get that much. I don't know what the hell happened, but my hydro experiment just went unexpectedly well. I wasn't even close to dialed in either; pH fluctuations were driving me crazy sometimes. I chalk it up to dumb beginner's luck.
