Blue Cheese White Widow and Auto Ak-47

hah Ive never heard of any certain spectrum of light that will hermie your plants.

Honestly man... I would love to have seeds from this plant... christ its 20 dollars for 1 feminized auto-47 seed. I almost wish I had a male plant at this time.

I mean it was more of an experimental plant in the first place.

Plus when it gets its black light treatment it is seperated from the other plants in a seperate location. So the other two do not get their dark cycle disturbed in any way.

i dont think it is the spectrum, just the light in general. light leaks during the dark period can be detrimental, so couldn't also a direct black light? but if you potentially want seeds then go for it and let us know the effects of the black light

also, nice looking plants i have some barneys blue cheese i just put into flower 2 days ago.

Yeah my blue cheese is getting her first buds.. amazing looking plant she is. I cant wait for the widow and blue cheese to start fattening up.

Lovely looking grow, shame you have to put your AK's on 12/12, you'll be missing out on a lot of growth.

Actually I should have mentioned... besides the blacklights I was also using old fashioned t-12 cool tubes.. just two not very bright either.

Now I have put two lizard lights on em too... seems to work a little better.

Shes starting to ripen too, man I really wish you could clone these guys... dunno about any of your guys auto ak grows but this is my first and it smells nothing like Ak-47.

Its actually some of the best smelling bud ive ever.... sniffed haha. Piny fruity smell but my god.. she just started to smell like that and its making my mouth water.

I really will not be disappointed in this grow for any reason... This plant should not have even survived, I feel it is blessed. So even if I got 5 grams id still be happy.

Sorry about the other two plants... they are getting more and more bud sites. I will get some pic's of them tommorow.

Im impressed how this uv deal is going... all my buds, even the ones down at the very bottom are coating themselves in trichs. Shes smelling better every day.

very cool there man. they're looking really great. regarding ur Q? on the T5's - I have not experience with them. But I have read that people have had good success. I started my first grow with CFL's with success as well. In my view the quantity and quality of light is obviously one of the critical three - light, water, nutes and appropriate proportions. seems like UV and COs makes things crank up a notch. I'm gonna keep watching. Walk On!~

Plants have been getting real hot, going to come up with a solution for some sort of A/C.

Think my 47 will be getting close to finishing, still getting some new growth but most pistils have turned red. The trichs have really pilled on, all except for my four low branches.. they still could use some more.

Calyxes have swelled pretty good and the plant is taking on a very fruity smell.

I dont know yet... I have a few buds I watch as indicators.. plus ill see new white pistils if theres any more growth.

I think if I dont see anything happen for three days I'll call it good. Just trying to let everything swell up, id like good ammount of amber too. I want to make the plant the narcotic out of the three.
