The ingredients in those boosters is typically already in any decent base nutrient. I get large flowers on healthy plants with just proper feeding. I don't need any gimmicky products to grow good weed.

Notice the healthy leaves? That's from proper feeding. Not starving the plant of one nutrient while feeding too much of another. All this yellowing fade as people are calling it is from poor feeding practices. Eliminating N while dumping tons of P/K through bloom boosters will turn a plants leaves yellow and purple when they should still be healthy and green. Plants need N in flower not just veg and too much P/K will lead to those crispy fried leaves and buds so many people post pictures of that those that have never seen a healthy plant at harvest all say look great. They don't, they look over fertilized with dried up brown sugar leaves and fan leaves that are dying and falling off.

why are you flushing?

not bashing just asking why?

Is it for smoother smoke and whiter ash after all the nutes have been removed from the buds?

So the plant has no more nutrients in it and will “die off” ala that fall look the leaves have you see what I mean? That’s where you bring a lot of the colors out at the end.


Also, I’ve never grown any mids.

Edit and the flush, to me, helps make the smoke much smoother on the lungs.

The pics you posted are clearly mids, so yeah you have.

Data Documentation Journal. Jack’s 321 is a tried and true two-part fertilizer program. It consists of Jack’s Nutrients Part A 5-12-26, Jack’s Nutrients Part B 15-0-0 and Epsom Salts. 321 is the abbreviated amount (ratio) of each fertilizer in grams per gallon.

You don't need to starve your plants to get colors. True colored plants will do it on their own and have healthy leaves until the end.
