The chinese series was 39 episodes to cover the same material as 9 episodes on Netflix, so much more action vs drama!

Topless Gyllenhaal and Swayze was the only reason I watched.Lol. When I heard they were remaking it, I could not believe it. The original was such an awful movie, but I enjoyed it thoroughly back in the day, I've seen it about a dozen times. Hard to believe how young and goofy I once was. Swayze's blonde love interest was certainly hot, though, I never bothered to learn her name as I don't think she's ever been in another movie
