It means they are average. Like the average person. Not healthy or athletic, but decent enough to live a productive life. It's shouldn't be rocket science. .

If this is lime green to you, you need your eyes checked. This looks like pretty average growth to me. New growth is always lighter after 6 hours off darkness.

Nope..that's just the same two plants under normal.light...you can literally see them side by side in the first pic.
