Black spot on stems

Could this be the beginning stages of bud rot or mold? I've been running a dehumidifier so I didn't think that was possible but I don't know for sure. I'm a big newb starving for knowledge. I'm flushing now was thinking if it's the beginning stages of mold maybe I should pull the leaves while Im flushing?

Also I found one tiny bud at the bottom of my plant with a dark spot on it so I pulled it to inspect. Went over everything else in the room with a fine tooth comb and didn't find any other buds with dark spots at all

This picture is bud rot. But the black dots are a different fungus.
It's very common in rose bushes. Not sure there's a cure. From what I've read pertaining to my rose bushes it's just shitty genetics. Probably too late to try to apply fungicide as those look like they are ready for chop.

Im not sure but the leaves are beat up and id guess thats bug poop or a plant near death. Near death aint the worst thing but ill bet you have mold on the inside of the big nugs.

So should I chop now or finish flush and should I hang dry or cut individual buds off and dry them? Or does it not matter at this point? I know if I have mold it's garbage but I'd still like to dry them out and see what I got. I did a thurogh inspection of every single bud and the all look amazing from the outside just don't know if I should finish flush or go ahead and dry them out or the safest way to dry them out with out making the bud rot worse

If the black dots are mites poop u should be able to see them. Definitely possible as the black spot fungus I was referring to usually affects leaves.
