It's the 2 acres my house sits on and I own it.

I pay taxes on it and in exchange I get nice paved roads and bridges, a public school system, and emergency services if required.

You find that deserted island with a nice banana tree grove yet?

The house is certainly property, but the rest of your definition relies on believing in two opposing things at once.

The "exchange" you refer to has an element of duress to it because it is applied with or without a persons individual consent.

Therefore the exchange is a kind of theft, or extortion etc.

I would prefer a grove of Pine Apple Chunk trees.

you're not serious about anything. you cite property....."i wouldn't force someone on their own property to serve me" and then you want to use the philosophy of property to deflect your dumbassness.

why do you even bother?

Perhaps you could refine your insults to something above nonsensical gibberish ? I'd really appreciate it.

Now, slowly (using your big boy words) please point out where you find the inconsistency in my what I've said.

Holy shit it has been over a year since I last logged on here and within ten minutes of being back I run into Uncle Buck and Rob Roy arguing about property. Really guys, really, you two are still at this? It goes the same way every time Rob says “look I’m not a racist I just really believe in property rights”, then Buck goes “you fucking racist” rinse and repeat lol. Well to be fair Rob says anything about anything and then Buck starts in with the you hate black people stuff. I love you both, it makes me laugh every time I read it. You two should find each other in real life and hang out. I would love to be there, I have this vision in my head of that encounter playing out like a live action version of grumpy old men. Just for me please start calling each other putz.

Now on to the topic at hand, BLM is nothing like the Black Panthers, nor is what is happening to blacks today anything like what the Black Panthers and blacks in general endured in the 60s. By the way not only the Panthers were illegally targeted in the 60s by the FBI and the federal government, ever hear of the Weather Underground probably not because they were white. How about the communists that were rounded up and deported, no big crocodile tears for them either huh. The point here is that the government was shit back then and it did unfairly target political groups they disagreed with, many times in an illegal or amoral fashion. What you are leaving out is that the government was exposed and steps were taken to correct these actions. That being said there is no way to correct murder. You see that is the difference between a truly corrupt government and our government. Our government publicly recognizes when it has failed, unlike places like Cuba.

There is no conspiracy here, blacks are being shot and killed for the most part for committing crimes and resisting arrest, then blaming the color of their skin rather than their actions for the outcome of their encounters with the police. Its not the feds gunning these folks down for political reasons, its patrol officers some of which are black patrol officers. But that’s easily dealt with right, you simply call the black officers uncle Toms and all is well.

Before you start in on me with the same old questions ill answer them for you now. Do police unjustly shoot people, yup. Should Police who unjustly shoot people be held to their actions and treated the same as anyone else who commits a murder, yup. Do cops sometimes get away with unjust shoots, and is that a problem, yup. But it is far from an epidemic, furthermore these unjust shootings happen to people of all races, religions, and sexual orientations. (I actually ran into someone early tonight on the web who claimed that trans people are being shot in droves by police)

The truth is that the greatest threat to black lives are black men. White people are to scared to say it and blacks are all to happy to ignore it. This also may be why blacks are more likely to be shot by police. You see when you make up just 13% of a populous and you account for more than half the murders committed, you may end up having more run ins with police. Guess who these murders are killing, you guessed it other blacks. This goes for most crime for that matter. Go ahead look up the statistics I dare you matter of fact here is a link. https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2013/crime-in-the-u.s.-2013/tables/table-43
BLM is predatory and destroys balk communities. Blacks need to stop worrying about what white people are doing and start working on their own community. This is what the black panthers preached, and they served as protectors of the black community, at a time when there was a real threat to blacks by white police. They believed in a strong black family not a community of single mothers and MIA dads who spend their time committing crime. I know you are going to claim that I am saying that all black men are criminals, that is in no way what I am saying, But there is a real quantifiable problem with crime in the black community. The point here is that blacks don’t need whitey to fix their problems they need strong black leaders who are willing to acknowledge the problems in the black community and work to fix hem. But don’t believe me on this topic I have linked a video to a black panther echoing these thoughts.

As far as your claim that America is similar to Cuba in regards to our dealings with political dissidents, is just plain retarded. Do some homework on Cuba and Castro and you tell me if you really think that we are anything close to Cuba. I don’t know about you but I don’t know of many folks from the US risking their lives and the lives of their families to escape the totalitarian American regime lol. Matter of fact the complete opposite is true, people from all over the world risk their ass to get to America and enjoy our freedom.
I’m not saying that America is perfect, I’m not claiming that we don’t have work to do in regards to race relations. But that must start with true unity not just black unity but a unification of all races, as we are all Americans, not hyphenated Americans. We all need to have the right to identify and attempt to fix problems in all of our communities. I say again BLM is a divisive destructive organization, based on sensationalism, and disinformation, that has done far more harm to the black community, and the American community than good.

I actually just saw this or i would have replied sooner.

using the title "black lives matter" was a double entendre, playing on the name of a current black activist organization while referencing an historical organization, and using the words for what they mean as a statement rather than a name, note the missing # symbol, #BlackLivesMatter vs Black Lives Matter.
On an anniversary of a very important event in the black struggle.

It was meant to note history and put a face on how long it's been that "black lives matter" and provoke thought on how bloody a road it's been. how after all this time, struggle and pain, a cry like "black lives matter" still matters and what the face of the government really looks like.

If it was the anniversary of Wounded Knee instead of Fred Hampton and Marc Clark's murders, the title would have been "Standing Rock, 125 years ago today". along with commentary of how the Indians are still getting the shaft.

It seems these were things too subtle and elegant for an intellect such as yours to discern and grasp.

if you want to go to school, I'll take you to school. otherwise I'd rather not waste my time.

If you want to learn about Tom Hayden, The Port Huron statement, SDS, Todd Gitlin, David Gilbert,
Bernardine Dohrn, The Weathermen, Bill Ayers, Mark Rudd, The Weather Underground, the Panthers, The Black liberation Army, Abby Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, Cuba, Castro or US hegemony and more, I'll teach you.

Right here in this thread. I'll teach you real American history. if you're actually serious and interested let me know.
otherwise I have better things to do.

I'm not interested in arguing or debating or changing your mind about anything. But if you really want to learn, i'll teach you.
