Black Dahlia / old Ace of Spades seeds?

I just got my new seed order from hempdepot. Super psyched. One thing I've noticed is it appears my Ace of Spades are old stock?? The strain list includes Black Dahlia which isn't even a current strain.

So how old is it likely these seeds are (when was the last time TGA sold black dahlia (!?))

Also, what is black dahlia and why was it discontinued? Sounds like a take on black widow maybe... shit they don't even have apollo bx1 as an option on this seed pack... guessing it's AT LEAST 1 year old... hopefully they will all pop depsite age. It kind of seems like I got a collectors item?!

Ooooh a mystery. Maybe sub will see and respond -- doesn't really matter since i'm going to sprout them all either way although it may mean if they're older I try to sprout the AoS sooner than the rest. Could be they just had old labels to use up maybe too or something who knows

I'm just happy my seeds are here :) :) :) I was back and forthing over which strains to order for weeks. Now I can sit here and stare at them every day for the next month or two... now that I think about it seeing as i'm moving at the end of may they probably won't even get sprouted til June :(
 
Ah no worries then -- man you have added a LOT of strains in the last 8 months sub! I caught on to TGA at just the right time ;) Whatever happened to Black Dahlia and what strain cross was she?
 
Too bad it didn't work out sounds intriguing :) Well I got the black cherry soda in my ace of spades... querkle maybe in the future but i got several tga strains ahead of it ;)

Your gonna love ace of spades all my phenos were killer the hardest part was selecting which one was the best cuz they all were dope. I ended up having a patient vote hahaha
 
I'm sure I will I haven't heard anything but raves about it so far. Wish I could grow the whole pack at once....
 
Too bad about Black Dahlia - nice coloring and looked like a real solid yielder. Video said they would be working with it over the next year... wonder if it is still a potential release at some point.

Was it ever grown in michigan? I seen a dispensary that was selling some pink/purple weed called BLACK DAHLIA. if it was not the real deal it still looked and smelled amazing
 
Yea I was following it on green passion I think it had herm issues :cry:...but don't hold me to that I'm stoooned
 
i have some Black Dahlia F2's :) ....someone made them from a tester pack, can't wait to check em out.

and although it didn't pass the quality test from sub....it's still extremely interesting to me, BCS and Querkle....i don't see what could go wrong.
