WOW! She is a beauty!! It really doesn't look like you could fit any more trichomes on those flowers. Very nicely done BP!

Here's an introduction to the other main phenotype in the Bio-Diesel pool, the Purple.

She's got quite a bit more stretch, about 3x, and takes longer to finish but will reward you with more of a sativa influence for those that lean towards that species.

This is at 5 weeks here, and usually this one takes about 10 for mature flowers.

Very nice BP! I like the frosty fan leaves on this one. No offense, but I think she'd look much better in my garden... ;-)

When I drive up there on 4/20 ill have to make a pit stop to pick up some of these beans. I'm getting excited. BP have you tried the g6? That one is on my list as well.

I'm not sure that it wouldn't Med...your plants look wonderful!

I have tried the G6...extensively! I gave the approval on the Jet-Fuel after we did a test run in the OPC...I still get the final say on all of my original mom's. I wasn't expecting to release this as a F1, but like the name implies...it takes you to the stratosphere in style! The project initially started to find a suitable F2 or F3 male to backcross to the Aspen, but the F1's were so amazing they became a strain of their own. We'll be getting a log of that up as well in the very near future.

I should clarify BP. Those plants could not look better. They would just look better "to me" in my garden... :-)

I think he has proven their genetics as winners, i would buy f1's from them, and i don't even buy seeds anymore.
How many of us are currently running either seeds or clones from f1 seeds? Cause i know i am...
And pretty sure we have some members here who have more experience than just reading a book.... Most of the grows shown in this section have at least one locally bred f1 in them, ie the infamous Italian Chocolate.
I prefer f1's in most cases, gives me a chance to select what i want from a strain rather than what the breeder wanted me to want.

Tired of these idiots who just act holier than thou. I would love to see your work Kief since you have opened your mouth. Coming to this thread in disrespecting everyone assuming we are stupid is foul.

a true f1 is a new strain.

shakes head and slowly leaves this thread.
And hopefully never returns...:dunce:

For the record, a true F1 is a combination of two P1 parents, which ideally in cannabis breeding would be pure landrace genetics. The F1 generation of true P1 parents will still produce variation. I have found in my own experience that it takes 5+ filial generations to stabilize what I would refer to as a "new strain" from P1 parents. A "new strain" in my mind is one that will produce nearly identical offspring from seed and will usually breed true for several traits.
To clear up any confusion in the future, 303 still uses the term F1 for the first filial generation of offspring from our selected parents whether they are true P1 parents or polyhybrids themselves.

Thanks to everyone else for getting my back...

That's why we have your back BP. Because you shoot straight and don't play games. The majority of the breeders out there use incorrect terminology. Unfortunately, you kind of have to run with the terms that are being used in the industry. Otherwise you start to look like the one without a clue.

Keep up the great work BP. The jokers and haters are in large supply but the people who get it, get it. :-)
