OK I just got this clone. I am just getting started so this is not even close to the totlal set up. The soil is Kellog Patio Plus. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Kellogg-...tdoor-Potting-Soil-681/100160888#.UlcHIXivF38 Im very familiar with this and love it. I am going to use 3 CFL's but only have 2 right now. 6500K for vegging and 26watts each. Reflectors are aluminum foil.

OK its been a while now. Here is an update set of pictures. Im still using only 2 CFL's but its going to get more as soon as some works comes in and I have extra $.

Can you believe I only have $40 into this?? That includes the clone!! Im going to get another 6500K bulb but it sure isnt doing bad by any means.

Looking nice man!!!

Love the little ph meter/ moisture meter you got planted in the soil there. Very high tech. Coming along very nice.

I can't tell if that's tin foil wrapping or mylar but, if it's tin foil...my only caution would be to be careful because the way the light relects off the tin foil...it might burn your plant. It did with me and I switched to mylar and had no problem. Anyway....if it's working for you...keep doing it my brother

Sorry it took so long to get back on but it is tin foil. I have been keeping a small fan going on her since the beginning. Heat really isnt a problem but Ill add I just put on a new 42W 6500K cfl on her so we will see. New pics of course. I am a bit concerned about the spots and the yellowing tops though. Any advice? Bill

cal mag or epsom salts . your water might lack calcium in abundance . as with most plants a full spectrum fert starting with 200ppm well water add 200 ppm of what ever you want . i use age old organics . but you could put 2tsp of piss in a gallon of water and get the same results according to sum .. try reading a book about growing plants then decide

Piss as in Urine?? Anyway here are the newest pics. She is going into the 12 on and 12 off today. These are the pics from the new spectrom lights. 2 spotlights 2700K and one round one also 2700K.

Also has anyone heard of just putting earth worms in the bucket?

I love the light you're giving her. just be mindful not to let it get too hot with those lights especially during flower. For my grow, I kept the AC on during flower and my plants growth friggin' exploded during flower when the temp went from 80 degrees with no AC to 65-70 degrees with the AC on (probably because in the life cycle of the plant they usually hit flower around September or October and by then the air is already a little chilly say around 65-70 so they're built to thrive in those temps during flower. Of course that's just my humble opinion and it probably also depends on the strain.

You gotta do what works for you and more importantly what's working for your ladies (who are looking really great so far).
